Indian gooseberry (amla) are known for their anti-oxidant properties, digestive health benefits, heart health benefits and for hair conditioning. Amla also has a lot of culinary uses in India where pickles, chutneys, preserves and juices are made. The fruits we have are smaller (about 2cm in size) but they are much more potent nutritionally than the larger ones.
